I just want to look fresh!

In consultation One of the most frequent used statements from my clients is ... "I just want to look fresh" let's face it who doesn't!.
Looking and feeling fresh is important to us all. We often discuss the need to look after ourselves not only in body but also in mind. I always remind my clients of the basics such as good nutrition , making sure we drink plenty of water , getting enough exercise and sunlight (while wearing a good suncream even on dull days!), having a good work life balance which involves some time set asidefor themselves , reducing screen time and the importance of good sleep, and obviously a decent skin care regime.
These all aid in making us feel fresh but often our skin tells a different story. It goes without saying even though we try to implement all of the above sometimes we get so busy life takes over and when we look in the mirror we look and feel tired.
Taking care of our skin can occur at so many levels and can include many different types of aesthetic treatments. Looking and feeling fresh is easily achieved when we encompass the basics aesthetic treatments as an add on! I insist on the less is more approach !
Consultation allows us to work on a treatment plan together that best suits the individual in question. Looking and feeling fresh should and is achievable to everyone approaching this from all levels of our wellbeing is paramount.
At Team Stewart Aesthetics we understand the importance of providing treatment plans tailored specifically to each individual, providing an approach that embodies the whole-self. This can include individual treatments or at times a a series of treatments to reach your desired outcome.
Examples of treatments include polynucleotides , skin boosters, dermal fillers to name only a few ! Follow on Instagram and team Stewart Aesthetics Facebook page for more information.
Let us be part of your journey in looking and feeling fresh.
